運転免許証 / Driver's License
有効な日本の運転免許証、または
A valid Japanese driver's license, or
1949年ジュネーブ条約に基づく有効な国際運転免許証、または
A valid International Driving Permit based on the 1949 Geneva Convention, or
特別協定国（スイス、ドイツ、フランス、ベルギー、モナコ、台湾など）の有効な免許証 + 公式日本語翻訳文
A valid license from a special agreement country such as Switzerland, Germany, France, Belgium, Monaco, or Taiwan, plus an official Japanese translation.

最低年齢 / Minimum Age
運転者は18歳以上（日本の法定運転年齢）
Drivers must be at least 18 years old, which is the legal driving age in Japan.
一部車種（SUV、ミニバン、プレミアム）は21歳以上または運転経験1年以上が必要な場合があります
Some vehicle types such as SUVs, minivans, and premium vehicles may require drivers to be 21 or older, or to have at least 1 year of driving experience.

身分証明書 / Identification
パスポート（外国人のお客様）
Passport for foreign customers.
在留カードまたはその他の公的身分証明書（居住者の方）
Residence card or another official identification document for residents.

支払い方法 / Payment Method
主運転者名義のクレジットカード（Visa、MasterCard、JCB、Amexなど）
A credit card in the main driver's name, such as Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or Amex.
一部店舗では現金も可能ですが、デポジットが必要な場合があります
Some locations may also accept cash, but a deposit may be required.

レンタル契約 / Rental Agreement
すべてのお客様は出発前にレンタル契約書を読み、署名する必要があります
All customers must read and sign the rental agreement before departure.
契約書には保険適用範囲、禁止事項、返却ポリシーが含まれます
The agreement includes insurance coverage, prohibited uses, and return policies.

保険・補償 / Insurance & Coverage
自賠責保険は含まれています
Mandatory liability insurance is included.
車両損害免責補償（CDW）、営業補償（NOC）免責、人身傷害補償などのオプション保険を追加できます
Optional coverage such as Collision Damage Waiver (CDW), Non-Operation Charge (NOC) waiver, and personal injury protection can be added.

燃料ポリシー / Fuel Policy
車両は満タンで提供され、満タンで返却していただきます（特別な取り決めがない限り）
Vehicles are provided with a full tank and should be returned with a full tank unless a special arrangement has been made.
8
禁止事項 / Prohibited Uses
飲酒運転、オフロード走行、レース、旅客の有償輸送は禁止
Drink driving, off-road driving, racing, and paid passenger transport are prohibited.
禁煙車両での喫煙は禁止
Smoking in non-smoking vehicles is prohibited.

追加運転者 / Additional Drivers
事前登録が必要で、同じ免許証・年齢要件を満たす必要があります
Additional drivers must be registered in advance and must meet the same license and age requirements.

事故の場合の対処 / What to Do in Case of Accident
直ちに警察に通報（110番）
Call the police immediately at 110.

Contact our rental office.
私的和解は行わないでください
Do not make any private settlement.

保険について / Insurance
本車両は「対人・対物無制限」「人身傷害補償」には加入していますが、車両保険（車両損害補償）は付帯していません。
This vehicle is covered by liability insurance (bodily injury & property damage) and personal injury insurance, but does NOT include vehicle damage insurance.
車両損害・修理費用について / Vehicle Damage & Repair Costs
事故・接触・破損などにより車両に損害が生じた場合、修理費用は全額お客様のご負担となります。
If the vehicle is damaged due to an accident, collision, or misuse, all repair costs will be charged to the customer.
NOC（休業補償）について / NOC (Non-Operation Charge)
修理が必要で車両が利用できない期間は、運行停止による損失補填として1日あたり 30,000円のNOCをご負担いただきます。
If the vehicle becomes unavailable due to repair, a Non-Operation Charge (NOC) of 30,000 JPY per day will be applied.
禁煙について / No Smoking Policy
車内は完全禁煙です。紙タバコ・加熱式タバコ・電子タバコ等すべて禁止です。喫煙が確認された場合、消臭・清掃等の実費をご請求します。
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the vehicle (including cigarettes, heated tobacco, and e-cigarettes). If smoking is detected, cleaning and deodorizing fees will be charged.
ガソリン返却条件 / Fuel Return Requirement
12時間以上の利用の場合、ガソリン満タン返却が必須です。ガソリン代は当社が負担します。
For rentals longer than 12 hours, the vehicle must be returned with a full tank of fuel. We cover the gasoline cost.
12時間未満の利用は、満タン返却不要です。
A full tank is not required for rentals under 12 hours.
その他の注意点 / Additional Notes
駐車違反・交通違反・罰金等は、すべてお客様の責任と負担となります。
All parking/traffic violations and fines are the renter’s responsibility.
契約違反・重大な過失・貸主への無断使用等があった場合、即時契約解除・追加料金請求の対象となることがあります。
Contract violations, gross negligence, or unauthorized use may result in immediate termination and extra charges.
清掃について / Cleaning
返却時は、ゴミを残さず車内外を簡易に清掃してお戻しください。
Please return the vehicle with basic interior/exterior cleaning and no trash left inside.
